Some nutritious additions to your diet

All readily available at your supermarket, 11 nutritious foods that you're probably not eating.

I'm going to spice up our shopping list and get some beets (for salads), frozen blueberries (for protein shakes), pumpkin seeds (for snacking), and sardines (hmmm... my last dog loved 'em, let's see what I think :-).
