Advice on eating...

Michael Pollan, my favorite food and nutrition writer, began collecting common sense rules and recommendations for eating well earlier this year. Here are his twenty favorite responses (he received thousands), and here's my favorite of his twenty (though I also loved rules 17 and 18 which both deal with being present to what we eat):
"If you are not hungry enough to eat an apple, then you are not hungry."
